1. General Terms and Conditions

If you use this website you are regarded as having accepted the following General Terms and Conditions, which include our Privacy Policy and Conditions of Sale where relevant, so please read and abide by them.


2. Price

All items for sale though our website are priced in pounds sterling and are inclusive of any UK taxes that may apply.

Prices do not include
i) Any other sales taxes in your country or state
ii) The amount of any customs or importation duties applicable to the goods as levied by the tax officials in the country of destination
iii) Any special packaging or shipping or insurance required by you

We undertake to adhere to the price specified in the order acceptance, even if the price of the goods has altered between the date of the transaction and the date of their despatch.

3. Payment

i) Legends of Sports is not licensed to offer credit facilities therefore all orders must be paid for prior to despatch
ii) Payments may be made through our Secure Site and we accept most leading credit and debit cards or for UK customers only we accept payments by cheque and postal order. UK cheques should be crossed made payable to 'Legends of Sports'. If you wish to pay by postal order please leave it uncrossed and make it payable to 'Nick Oswald'.

4. Delivery

We aim to despatch your order within 1-2 working days, subject to payment being cleared.

If there is likely to be a delay in your item being despatched, such as stock availability, we will notify you and advise you of the revised timescale.

UK Delivery
We use the Royal Mail Delivery service.

International Delivery
We use the Royal Mail International Postal Service for Business for overseas customers.

5. Returns and Refunds

If, for any reason, the item arrives with you damaged or is unacceptable, we will make every effort to rectify the situation to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. However, we know that on occasion you may want to return the items.

· If an item is damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receiving it and return it with in 14 days. We will refund the cost of the goods in full, plus any charges incurred returning the item to us.

· If, for any reason, you simply change your mind and wish to return the item, you can cancel the order within 7 working days. The 7 working days starts from the day after you receive the goods. Following receipt of the item we will refund th e full purchase price of the item within 30 days. Cost of the return remains with the purchaser. Items returned should be packaged in a suitable way to ensure they are not damaged in transit.

When returning an item:

· Please enclose a note, giving the reason for the return. If the item is faulty please give a full description of the fault.
· Wrap the package securely, if possible in the original packaging.
· For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.
